03/31/2011 – Vero Beach Senior Center: Plays, Vintage Radio Theatre, Broadway, More

The event is ongoing, sponsored by the Vero Beach Senior Center, every Thursday afternoon from 3:15 to 4:30 at the Schumann Hall Senior Center, 686 14th Street, Vero Beach. The group reads plays, both vintage radio theatre scripts and Broadway and off-Broadway scripts.  It is just for fun, no advance reading is required, no drama experience is needed. Come and enjoy and afternoon of knitting at Panera Bread at Miracle Mile. We are a lively group of gals who enjoy knitting and gabbing over coffee and treats.  Every Tuesday and Thursday from about 3pm until closing.   Come for an hour or stay for the afternoon – Bring your current “work in Progress”  or recent Finished Object to show the group. Don’t knit??  Well we will teach you if you like – bring size 7 or 8 needles and some worsted weight yarn and we will fix you up!
